The board that solves a mixed office without asking
Most offices contain vegetarians, people avoiding pork, people avoiding dairy and at least one person who has told nobody. A Mediterranean spread is the order that feeds all of them from the same table without anybody filling in a form.
Mezze, falafel, hummus, Greek and Israeli salads, royal couscous and grilled vegetables are the menu rather than the accommodation. Around them, beef and chicken shawarma, kofta kebab and mixed grill give the meat-eaters a proper lunch.
There is no pork and no alcohol anywhere on our menus, so the most common quiet dietary requirement in a Los Angeles office is handled before it is mentioned.
- Mezze, hummus, falafel, Greek and Israeli salads
- Beef and chicken shawarma, kofta kebab, mixed grill
- Chicken and beef tajine, royal couscous, steamed vegetable salad
- Mint lemonade, and premium kunafa or mixed Mediterranean desserts
It grazes, which suits a working session
Not every office lunch is a break. A lot of them happen during the meeting, and a menu that requires everyone to stop and sit is the wrong shape for a working session.
Mezze and salads sit out and get picked at across two hours without degrading, so people eat when the conversation lets them. For an all-day workshop or a board session this is the board we suggest before any other.
Wraps when it has to be portable
Where the office is distributed across floors, or people are taking lunch back to their desks, the same food goes into beef shawarma, chicken shawarma and falafel wraps instead of onto a spread.
Same menu, same sourcing, completely different logistics — and individually wrapped items are far easier to count, label and leave for whoever is in a meeting when the delivery lands.
