We aim for this site to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, and for our events to welcome every guest through the door.

We target WCAG 2.2 AA: documented color contrast, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, reduced-motion support, text of at least 12px, and touch targets of at least 24 by 24 pixels. Reveal animations degrade to fully visible without JavaScript or when reduced motion is requested.
Other formats
Our catalogues and capability statement are PDFs. If a PDF is hard to read with your screen reader or magnifier, ask and we will send the same menu, prices and documents as plain text or a Word file, whichever works best for you. Quotes and proposals can be sent the same way.
How we check
Every change to this site runs automated accessibility tests (axe-core, which includes colour contrast) across its pages before it goes live, and we regularly audit text size and touch-target size on a phone-sized screen. Automated tools do not catch everything, which is why we want to hear from you.
At your event
Dietary, mobility, and access needs are part of every planning conversation. Tell us what your guests need and we will build it into the service, not bolt it on after.
