Capabilities

Built for institutional food service, not à-la-carte dining

This is recurring, at-scale catering — boxed-meal programs, trays and platters, per-head and bulk — with the compliance posture procurement teams expect.

  • Boxed-meal programs at scale

Individually packaged, labeled meals built for daily institutional service — 500+ meals/day with menu rotation, hot or cold tracks, and on-time delivery to the minute. The format behind our LA County contract.

  • Procurement-ready paperwork

Certificates of insurance on file, $2M liability coverage, per-head itemized invoicing, allergen sheets per dish, and net-30 terms for established accounts — the documentation your buyers request, ready before delivery.

  • Compliance-conscious prep

HACCP-conscious preparation, per-dish content and allergen labeling, and dedicated tracks for dietary needs across every program — built for the audit, not just the order.

Questions

Procurement, answered

Are you a registered, awarded government vendor?
Yes. We hold an awarded boxed-meal term contract with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (Contract No. MA-IS-2640355-1, 2026–2029), are registered as LA County Vendor #228518 and LAUSD Vendor #1000032065, and are SAM.gov registered (UEI JKSRSFUCUL54, CAGE 17AN4).
What capacity can you deliver, and what is the minimum?
We run boxed-meal programs at 500+ meals per day with menu rotation, and scale up for larger sites. Smaller recurring programs and one-off institutional orders are welcome too — share your headcount and service calendar and we'll size the program to it.
What lead time do you need?
One to three weeks is typical for a new institutional program, less for established accounts adding service days. For RFP and bid responses, contact us as early as possible so we can build the response around your specifications.
Do you offer net-30 terms and per-head invoicing?
Yes — per-head itemized invoicing with allergen documentation is our default posture for institutional service, and net-30 terms are available for established accounts. One consolidated invoice per billing period, built for procurement and accounts payable.
How do you handle dietary needs and Halal requirements?
Every menu is Halal · zabiha-sourced by default, with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free tracks available and labeled per dish. Each delivery carries content and allergen sheets, and prep is HACCP-conscious with separated lines.
Can you respond to an RFP, bid, or solicitation?
Yes. Send the solicitation and your scope — meals per day, sites, service calendar, dietary mix, and delivery windows — and we'll return a proposal with pricing, capability statement, and the compliance documents (COIs, registrations, allergen process) your evaluators need.
