Proposals & pricing
Proposals are estimates based on the details provided and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed in a signed agreement once menu, headcount, and service style are set.
Bookings & deposits
A date is reserved on receipt of a signed agreement and deposit. Balance schedules are set out in your agreement.
Changes & headcount
Final guest counts are due per the timeline in your agreement. We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes; some may affect pricing.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms, including deposit treatment, are specified in your agreement and depend on notice given.
Liability & compliance
Carthage Kitchen is licensed in California and carries $2M liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request before any event.
