Breakfast catering in Los Angeles — pastries, hot egg trays, shakshuka, pancakes and coffee service for morning meetings and brunch. All halal.

The occasion
What it takes to cater breakfast well — the logistics, the timing, and how we make it work.
Breakfast catering lives or dies on two things heavier meals don't: the hour, and the heat. A 7am management meeting, a production crew call before dawn, a weekend brunch that has to feel relaxed rather than rushed — the food has to arrive early, arrive hot, and be set and ready before the first person walks in. We run early windows as routine across Los Angeles and Orange County, with hot dishes that arrive hot rather than held since 4am, and a setup that's done before your guests are awake enough to notice it happening.
A morning spread also has to wake a room up without slowing it down. Pastries and fruit for the people who graze, hot egg trays and shakshuka and pancakes for the ones who sit, and coffee service that's treated as part of the order rather than an afterthought poured into a sad carafe — proper urns, real options, oat milk as standard. Whether it's a working breakfast where people eat at their desks or a brunch that's meant to linger, we build the spread to match how the morning is actually supposed to move.
Breakfast is also the easiest meal to make a standing habit, and one of the best. A recurring weekly breakfast gets program pricing and a rotating menu so Monday never tastes like last Monday, and every morning menu carries the same dietary tracks as the rest of our catering — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal · zabiha-sourced — labeled per dish so the one person who can't have gluten isn't left with a fruit cup and an apology.
Getting breakfast into an office is a different problem from cooking it. Where a building has a loading dock, a freight elevator or a security desk, we plan the load-in around it rather than discovering it at 6am, and the run is built backwards from your start time instead of forwards from our kitchen — breakfast is the one service where arriving ten minutes late is the same as not arriving. Hot items are loaded last and travel in insulated carriers; pastries, labneh, za'atar manakish, fruit and cold mezze go out first and are laid out while the hot food is still on the road. Coffee comes with what coffee actually needs — cups, lids, milk, sugar, and enough for a second round, which is the thing most breakfast orders under-count. Forty-eight hours' notice is usually enough, and a standing morning service runs as its own programme on one monthly invoice.
Why Carthage
What you get with us for breakfast specifically — not a generic catering pitch.
Pre-dawn delivery for crew calls and 7am meetings is standard, not a special request — hot service arrives hot, set and ready before your guests walk in.
Proper urns, real options, and oat milk as standard — the coffee program is built into the spread, not an afterthought poured into a carafe at the back of the room.
A working breakfast people eat at their desks and a brunch that's meant to linger are different builds — we match the spread and the service to how the morning is supposed to move.
A recurring weekly breakfast gets program pricing and a menu that rotates, so Monday never tastes like last Monday — with dietary tracks labeled per dish every time.
Hot items go in last in insulated carriers so eggs and shakshuka arrive hot, while cold and baked items go out first and are already laid out when they land.
Beef bacon and halal sausage do the work pork does on a conventional breakfast spread, zabiha-sourced throughout, so the whole room eats the same food.

Breakfast catering runs about $15–$27 per guest for food. Multiplied out, that is what a spread costs at the counts people usually ask about.
| Guests | Estimated food cost | Per guest |
|---|---|---|
| 25 | $375 – $675 | $15 – $27 |
| 50 | $750 – $1,350 | $15 – $27 |
| 100 | $1,500 – $2,700 | $15 – $27 |
| 150 | $2,250 – $4,050 | $15 – $27 |
Food only. Staffing, rentals, delivery, setup and breakdown are separate lines, and a mandatory service charge and California sales tax apply on top — so the invoice for a staffed event runs meaningfully above the food figure. Smaller counts sit at the top of the band: setup and delivery cost the same at 25 guests as at 100. Every menu halal · zabiha-sourced.
