Catering Fusion, honestly

Fusion is where our one-kitchen thesis pays off. Because every cuisine we cater is cooked under one roof by one chef-led team, the borders blur on purpose: shawarma spice on a taco, harissa in the BBQ glaze, a Mediterranean bowl built on Persian rice. This menu collects those crossings — the dishes our kitchen invented by standing between its own traditions — and it is where our featured blends like Taco Al-Shawarma and Casbah Smoke were born. Everything remains halal · zabiha-sourced and scratch-cooked; only the boundaries move.

Fusion menus work best for hosts who want the event to feel curated rather than catalogued — product launches, creative-industry parties, weddings where two families bring two tables' worth of taste. Every dish carries the same dietary labeling as the rest of the catalog, and the menu is priced by platter and per guest like any other — the invention is in the food, not the paperwork.

Questions

Fusion catering, answered honestly

What does fusion catering cost per platter?
Fusion platters run $45–$150 — cross-kitchen mains like shawarma tacos and harissa BBQ sit $95–$150, with shareable openers from $45. Pricing works exactly like our other menus: per platter with serves listed, or per guest for staffed service.
Is the fusion menu halal like the rest of the kitchen?
Entirely — fusion here means our own kitchens crossing over, so every protein is already zabiha-sourced and every dish labeled. The invention is in the food, not an outside vendor bolted on.
How does fusion catering work for an event — one line or stations?
Fusion menus shine as stations: a shawarma-taco line beside a harissa grill reads as curated, not chaotic. For drop-off, the platters arrive composed with pairing notes so the table still tells the story.
What is the difference between this menu and your featured blends?
This menu collects our cross-kitchen dishes à la carte; the featured menus (Casbah Smoke, Taco Al-Shawarma, and friends) are complete curated journeys built from them. Start here if you want to compose your own — start there if you want the chef's version.
