Inside LA Soul Box
This one starts from the format and works backwards. When every meal has to travel in its own box, the menu has to be three cuisines that all hold and stack well — so American comfort (the BBQ and mixed sliders, mac & cheese), a Mediterranean plant-based line (the falafel wrap), and a BBQ edge meet inside a single lid. A Greek salad keeps it from feeling heavy and a brownie or cheesecake bite closes it, while the vegetarian, chicken-burger, and salad boxes cover the per-person variants a roster needs. The cross-cuisine idea here is reliability under constraint: enough variety that a crew, a classroom, or a film set does not eat the same box twice, packed so it survives the trip and labels cleanly. Because it is portioned per person, it scales by the head count rather than by the platter: the vegetarian, chicken-burger, and salad boxes let a host split an order across dietary needs without building a separate menu, and a labeled box drops at each seat for a working lunch where no one leaves the table. The slider and falafel fillings are zabiha-sourced and made from scratch.
