Recurring program
Office Meal Program
Recurring office lunch on a rotation your team won’t get bored of — one invoice, dietary tracks for every hire, and headcount that flexes week to week without penalty.

How it works
The program, in practice
A rotation, not a repeat
The whole point of a standing program is that it never feels standing. We run a six-week rotation across every Carthage menu, so a team that eats with us twice a week goes a month and a half without seeing the same lunch — Mediterranean mezze one day, BBQ trays the next, a fusion taco bar after that. You pick the service days and the cadence; we plan the calendar a few weeks ahead and share it, so office managers can see what is coming and the room has something to look forward to rather than a mystery tray. Menus shift with what the kitchen is cooking best that season, and we read what your team actually finishes to weight the rotation toward what lands.
Headcount that flexes, billing that doesn't surprise
Office attendance is never the same two weeks running, so the program is built around a flexing count rather than a fixed contract. Headcount locks at 10am the day before each service, and you can scale up or down within a comfortable band week to week at the same per-head rate — a light week before a holiday costs less, a full all-hands costs more, and neither needs a renegotiation. Holiday weeks pause with a couple of days’ notice and no penalty. Billing is one consolidated monthly invoice, itemized per service day with per-head detail, on net-30 terms for established accounts — built so a workplace lead can reconcile it in a glance and a finance team can split it by cost center without a spreadsheet exercise.
Every hire fed, every allergy tracked
A recurring program only works if nobody on the team is left to the side salad, so vegan, halal · zabiha-sourced, and gluten-free lines run parallel every single service day — not as a grudging add-on, but as standing tracks held for the people who need them. Each dish is labeled with its contents and allergens, and household-level allergy flags carry forward automatically so they are checked against every rotation before it is offered, rather than re-explained each week. The whole order is zabiha-sourced by default, which means a mixed office shares one menu and nobody is singled out at the line. Onboarding a new dietary need is a message, not a change order; the kitchen absorbs it into the standing tracks.
Scaling and pausing on your terms
Programs grow, contract, and go quiet around the calendar, and the agreement is written to match. There is no annual lock-in and no minimum-term game — a simple monthly arrangement, cancellable on short notice, that you can pause for a slow stretch and restart without re-onboarding. Adding a second weekly service day, opening a new floor, or feeding a one-off all-hands on top of the standing order is a quick adjustment rather than a fresh contract. When the program scales past a single site, we stagger delivery windows across locations in one plan, so a growing company keeps the same reliable lunch it started with.
