Grazing suits a party where nobody sits
A December party is a standing, moving, talking event. Mezze, halal charcuterie, salads and warm bread are built for exactly that — out from the first arrival, picked at all evening, no service moment to organise.
Around them, mixed grill, kofta and shawarma give the evening something substantial without requiring everyone to stop and sit at the same time, which most holiday parties never manage.
Mint lemonade runs throughout. There is no alcohol on our menus, which at a company party is sometimes exactly the brief and is worth saying plainly rather than discovering.
- Mezze, halal charcuterie, Greek and Israeli salads, warm bread
- Mixed grill, kofta kebab, beef and chicken shawarma
- Royal couscous, tajine, steamed vegetable salad
- Premium kunafa and mixed Mediterranean desserts
It feeds a mixed office without a survey
December is when an office party has to accommodate the widest possible room — everyone comes, including the people who never come to lunch. A Mediterranean spread handles most of that structurally: mostly vegetables, pulses and bread, with meat alongside rather than at the centre.
No pork and no alcohol anywhere on our menus means the two most common quiet requirements are already answered.
It looks like more than it costs
A wide mezze table reads as generous in a way that is genuinely disproportionate to the invoice, because the abundance is in the number of dishes rather than the weight of protein.
In the month when budgets are tightest and appearances matter most, that is the most useful property on this menu, and it is why we widen the mezze before adding another hot dish.
